HOW TO PROCESS A TRANSACTION
The process for sending a money transfer couldn't be simpler.
The first time customer should :
- Take the money he wants to send to one of the designated Chequepoint agents (Phone the Freephone number for agents in your area).
- Complete a 'Send Form' with certain key information (customer name, address, telephone number, and similar information about the receiver of the money in the destination country).
- Hand over the cash to the agent and receive a receipt with all the transaction details, including the unique transaction number.
- Call the receiver of money in the destination country with information on where they can collect the transaction with the transaction number.
It's as simple as that.

These vary from country to country - you should verify with your local customer call centre what ID is required in your sending country.
