To process a money transfer transaction, you will need:

• Cash
• Details of the receiver of the transfer
• ID (see below)

HOW TO PROCESS A TRANSACTION

The process for sending a money transfer couldn't be simpler.

The first time customer should :

• Take the money he wants to send to one of the designated Chequepoint agents (Phone the Freephone number for agents in your area).
• Complete a 'Send Form' with certain key information (customer name, address, telephone number, and similar information about the receiver of the money in the destination country).
• Hand over the cash to the agent and receive a receipt with all the transaction details, including the unique transaction number.
• Call the receiver of money in the destination country with information on where they can collect the transaction with the transaction number.

ID REQUIREMENT

These vary from country to country - you should verify with your local customer call centre what ID is required in your sending country.
